You were blessed with a wonderful life my love – a life full of stories, experiences, glam and happiness.

As a weekly guest on a segment called ‘Royal Soap Box’ on Sugar ‘n Spice for many years, we enjoyed many laughs discussing the latest ‘goss’ from the Royals, TV and fashion, right down to my intro song for the segment – I’m too Sexy’. This of course summed up the fun and frivolity we made together.

You even donned me with my radio stage name Princess Marsie – borne from the love of wearing my tiara on the segment – a name I still call myself in some circles.

On and off air, I was so privileged to have you in my life. I’ve listened and learned from your words of wisdom.

We never progressed to that chat and laughter over a glass of champagne to reminisce about the ‘old days’ but you will always be remembered as a friend and colleague who lit up my life with your charm, grace and kindheartedness.

I know there were struggles towards the end but with Bob by your side you knew you were the luckiest girl on earth to have such a wonderful husband to take care of you.

There is no spice without sugar or sugar without spice but when I wear my tiara, I won’t feel sad, I will feel ‘complete’ that I had the opportunity to meet you, laugh with you and cry with you.

Rest in Peace my darling friend and confidant.

You are deeply and sadly missed.

My thoughts and prayers go to Bob, Andrew, colleagues and friends.
