Back pain? Get moving!


According to the Australian Institute of Health & Welfare, 1 in 6 Australians (16%) had back problems in 2017-2018. That’s 4 million people. And almost 2 in 5 people with back problems said pain “moderately” interfered with their daily activities.

Last Friday, Cindy & Daz chatted with Physiotherapist and Pilates teacher, Susan Cottrell from The Body Refinery, to find out about movement, and how it plays a critical role in recovery.
