Partnership raises awareness of domestic violence against women

Frankston City Council and the Frankston Dolphins FC strengthened there ties with the “In Her Shoes: Call It Out For Her” Campaign launch at Skybus Stadium on Sunday 24 November.

The event aim was to raise awareness of the number of women who tragically lose their lives to violence in Australia each year. The event was an opportunity to reflect on the impact of violence against women and how we can all play a role to stop this from happening by calling out sexism, sexual harassment and disrespect towards women in our everyday lives.

Frankston Mayor Cr Sandra Mayer and Frankston Dolphins CEO Adrian Lloyd discussed the ties on RPPV. You can watch the video via our Facebook link below.
