Summer of Sailing: All aboard for serious fun

Thanks to Red Hill Bakery, RPP FM proudly brings you the Summer of Sailing series across the Mornington Peninsula. From McCrae to Somers, from Mornington to Frankston, yachties can listen in on 98.7FM & 98.3FM Frankston and watch the series LIVE via RPP FMs YOUTUBE channel.
While this won’t be on the level of an Americas Cup coverage – RPP FM is trialling broadcast packages and will roll out commentary and vision of this exciting sailing series. Listeners and viewers can look forward to the Victorian Catamaran Championships, Hobie Cat National Championships, the Flying Fifteen Class Yacht and the Victorian Paper Tiger Catamaran and Interdominion Championships. The first broadcast was at the Westernport Yacht Club and featured the Women on Water challenge.
Casting off from Saturday 25 November the series promises an exciting competition showcasing the best these clubs have to offer. Current program is below and when you’ve finished watching or listening head to The Red Hill Bakery, cnr Frankston-Flinders Rd, Balnarring for delicious food, coffee and a discerning range of local ready made fresh meals, pasta, imported salami, ice cream, cheese and freshly baked items and on Sundays stick around for the legendary jazz afternoons!

1. Victorian Catamaran Championships Regatta at Mc Crae Yacht Club 25th and 26th November
   Outside Broadcast will be at 12 noon to 2pm  Sunday 26th November.
