The RPP FM Outside Broadcast Van is being stretched to its limits again with another broadcast – this time coming to you live this Sunday afternoon from the Somers Arts Fair.

Debra, Angie and other RPP FM presenters and personalities will be there to cover the fun activities and entertainment on offer and interview musicians and organisers of the Arts Fair from 2pm onwards.

Now in its 13th year, this unique and heralded event on the Mornington Peninsula is the only event of its kind that unites the festivity of a fair with an exhibition and auction of the rich and diverse art of the Peninsula.

The classrooms and school grounds of the Somers Primary School are transformed into a magical arena of children’s activities, music, food and market stalls, as well as a dedicated exhibition space, filled with art by prominent, collectable and emerging artists. An live art auction of selected pieces, including totem poles, sculpture and paintings, will be held during the afternoon, including pieces by award winning artists.

There is plenty for children to stimulate their little minds with family entertainment, rides, games, showbags and a fantastic variety of hands on activities and workshops.

RPP FM will capture the sounds of music artists and bands who perform on stage with genres to please all tastes.

It’s a wonderful day out with the family so come down this Sunday, 25 October at the Somers Primary School 10am – 5pm.
