Mornington Lager Day celebrate with OB

Mornington Lager Day excited participants and audiences at the Mornington Lager launched on the weekend with the RPP FM sports commentary team broadcasting their sports programs live from Watt Road, Mornington.

Tahlia and her netball crew kicked off the line up of Outside Broadcast at the Mornington Peninsula Brewery at 8am, followed by Andrew ‘Toe Punt’ Kelly updating us with local football finals news on his Football Show and The Locker Room boys hitting the decks running with sports news local, nationally and internationally.

Matt Bebe, owner of the award winning brewery showcased Mornington Lager which adds to an already impressive list of core beers which include Pale Ale, Brown Ale and India Pale Ale (IPA) (available in can, bottle and keg and distributed throughout Australia.)

The taste of  Mornington Lager can be described as a German style pilsner presenting light straw in colour and featuring the noble German hop Tettnang. Aromas of spice and fresh cut grass lead into a crisp refreshing palate displaying a light grainy texture. Clean crisp and very refreshing. 4.7% ABV.

Mornington Peninsula Brewery is another proud business success story serving handcrafted brews, live entertainment and pizzas locally.

Thank you to Matt and his staff for their support of local radio RPP FM and sponsoring the RPP FM Match of the Day ‘Best on Ground’ award for the MPNFL 2015 season.

Stay tuned to RPP FM throughout the MPNFL 2015 football final series with all finals matches broadcast live on 98.7FM & 98.3FM Frankston, live stream from the rppfm.com.au website and download the RPP FM APP.
