The RPP FM Outisde Broadcast Van will be spotted at major events on the Peninsula in the next couple of months…

All are on board to bring you the best live coverage of major events starting with:

  • Monday, 26 January for the Australia Day Activities in Mornington. Live coverage from 5pm onwards will include the Mornington Street Parade with entertainers Bob Phillips & Judy Banks-Phillips, presenters of Sugar & Spice & The Late, Late Brekky Show, our roving mic will capture the excitement from the parade participates, talented RPP FM presenters Pete Smedley & Ange Robinson from The Breakfast Scoop and Ange who also presents Far Out, It’s Friday breakfast program, will ‘strutt their stuff’ as special guests on the main stage that evening.
  • Saturday, 31 January it’s back to annual Blues at the Briars for a live coverage of the wonderful talent on stage – a must for all blues lovers.
  • Saturday, 7 February the buzz and excitement is happening down at Peninsula Short Film Fest held on the Rosebud Village Green from 4pm. RPP FM presenters will gather prominent and celebrated Australian actors attending and judging on the night to interviews them 'live to air'  to include Michala BanasUpper Middle Class Bogan, Samuel Johnson – Secret Life of Us, Crackerjack and Radio Presenter, Lachy Hulme – Offspring, Howzat! Kerry Packer’s War, Nadine Garner – Water Rats, City Homicide, Jane Hall – Actress and Radio Presenter and Andrew Mason – Producer Water Diviner and The Matrix.
  • Sunday, 8 February Neil Williams and his cricket commentary team take you down to Mt Martha for the T20 Cricket Grand Finall
  • Weekend of 20/21/22 February, the popular Western Port Festival is on again with lots of activities including a street parade. You can't miss this family friendly event for the fun and community spirit.
