Naturally inspired living at Wellbeing Expo

The Late, Late Brekky Show with Bob Phillips & Judy Banks-Phillips took us live track side at the Mornington  Racecourse for the fourth Peninsula Health & Wellbeing Expo Sunday.

The Health & Wellbeing Expo, which attracts large crowds every year, explores the latest in health, wellness and products to help promote a healthier and spiritual lifestyle for all ages and families.

Founder Jo Schutt was interviewed by Bob & Judy claiming that stallholders are proud to showcase their amazing products and services. Whether it’s for your skin, healthy eating, appliances to make and cook nutritious food and exercise to promote, it’s all here to help everyone maintain a healthier and spiritual lifestyle.

Presenter of RPP FM’s Monday & Tuesday, The Breakfast Table program Debra Mar, ‘walked the talk’ interviewing some of the 70 stallholders exhibiting their health products and services including Mim’s Boxing, Home Maid Green Clean Services, Paleo Café Mornington, Al-Anon Family Groups, a Physiotherapist, spiritual readings, Woodend Simply Health Skincare and Body Care and Orbit Fitness, Mt Martha.

Make sure next year you head down to the Peninsula Health & Wellbeing Expo and be naturally inspired.

Thank you to Steve Meyers and Patricia, Producers/Presenters of RPP FM’s Soul 2 Soul program who helped get us to air and their support and contribution to the expo.
