New inspiring Wednesday programs

New RPP FM programs commencing Wednesday, 1 October at 6am will take you through to 12noon offering a variety of programming you only get on the Peninsula.

Starting at 6am ‘til 9am, Breakfast with Jo Labs and his 'sometimes' guest, Ange Robinson who is no stranger to other RPP FM breakfast teams.  She is also co-host of The Breakfast Table every Monday & Tuesday 6-9am with Debra Mar and co-host of The Breakfast Scoop every Thursday with Pete Smedley. What a gal!
Jo & Ange will fill your Wednesday mornings with popular music, news, weather and traffic updates and lots of witty humour.

Station Manager, Mr Brendon Telfer made comment on the variety of programs now on offer at the home of RPP FM local radio in Mornington including a new exciting and uplifting list of new programs aired on Wednesday mornings head up by team of professional presenters with a lot of experience and expertise in their chosen fields. 

11.05amHey Dee Ho Radio, a 15 minute children’s program will have you mesmerised with little voices. Each week different subjects and themes are explored using puppets, props and percussion instruments. 11:21am – Get your headspace into a ‘2 minute doodle’ on the meaning of life and everything seen through the lens of Mornington with Such is Life. Your presenter Brodie Goozee recites his own spin on current affairs in a monologue providing us a quirky look at matters global and local of observations that have arisen over the preceding 24 hours.

11.23am – A Community Update from the RPP FM news desk brings you up-to-date on all issues that affect locals and communities on the Peninsula. This update is produced and read by Laura Sedgwick and other media student interns.

11.30am to 12noonBuddha and the Bear, with your hosts Damian Flenley and Craig Wotherspoon is a program with important health messages, particularly for men. ‘Ready. Willing. Capable’, three words used to raise awareness and drive positive health messages to live a balanced life, including physical and emotional well-being, parenting, friendship and community.

Damian (Buddha) is a local experienced health professional who is a passionate advocate for improving health outcomes for everyone including families, contributing to building a strong, caring community and continues to explore being a man of the modern age.

Craig (Bear) also works in the health and wellbeing sector. A third-generation Peninsula-lad, Craig, along with his wife and two children are navigating the challenges of being a contemporary family in the 21st Century. Craig’s mission is to drive and grow the conversations with and between men
