RPP FM’s first live baseball broadcast

This Sunday, 10 August Mornington Baseball is celebrating it’s 40th Anniversary with a ‘Past Players’ Day against Frankston, the oldest local baseball Club and RPP FM will broadcast the action live.

This is RPP FM’s first ever live baseball outside broadcast coming at you from Wilsons Road Reserve commencing at 1pm and concluding at 4pm .

The baseball commentary team includes Neil Williams, host of the RPP FM Ball Game program who has 50 years experience as a baseball player and his regular panel members Rob 'boof’ Bowen and Craig ‘frita’ Kernick. Craig is well rehearsed behind the microphone having completed many hours of radio work for the National League and the Melbourne Aces.

If you are a baseball fan or interested in the game, come down to Wilsons Road Reserve and enjoy the spectacle of this momentous event or listen to the live action on 98.7FM and 98.3FM Frankston.
