Trust our two favourite hosts from Sugar n' Spice, Bob Phillips and Judy Banks-Phillips to present a whimsical look at Christmas-in- July in the RPP FM Studios this month.

With a studio literally lit up like a Christmas tree, Bob and Judy and guest Debra Mar, RPP FM’s presenter of The Breakfast Table program joined in to celebrate the spirit of Christmas-in-July.

Bob and Judy’s line up of special guests included:

  • Maria Venuti – ‘Mamma Claus’ who gave us her hilarious spin on Christmas
  • Christmas Ang from SANTA’S PLACE chatted about what Christmas means
  • Live music provided by local talent singer/songwriter Alana Wilkinson
  • Craig from the Christmas Tree Farm provided A real, living Christmas Tree as a give-away to a lucky listener for the upcoming Christmas fest
  • Christmas reflections and recipes from regular ‘Man-of-style’ Ian Buckland
  • Comedy from Mrs Brown’s Boys
  • Debra reminisced over her White Christmas holiday in Canada

And to top off the celebrations we heard the singing dog ‘bark out’ Christmas Carols.

A whole lot of fun and enjoyment!

Tune in every Thursday 9 – 11am for more of Sugar n’ Spice with Bob and Judy – Your slice of fun and shenanigans.
