Executive Chef Michael Wilson has always had a passion for serving creative cuisine with a desire to please. Chef Michael brings his flare of flavoursome contemporary Australian pub fare to the table with a twist of excitement. To experience his cuisine, patrons can choose from a variety of dining options at The Rye Hotel and enjoy a meal whilst absorbing the watery beauty of the bay.
The Bistro & Café – offers breakfast, light meals, snacks and coffee and a full-on alfresco dining experience to awaken your taste buds. Michael and his team also prepare vegetarian and gluten free meals and a choice of Senior and Kids menus.
Beer Garden – mainly enjoyed in the long summer months with live music on Sundays.
Kids are entertained with the installation of an Indoor Children’s play centre.
Main Sail Bar is the classic sports bar, popular among locals and visitors who enjoy watching sporting events from large Plasma TV’s and full TAB facilities. Draw in the energy of the bar with a drink and succulent public bar meals at great prices.
