Sally’s delightful effervescent personality and knowledge of food will take you on a gastronomic journey to ‘culinary paradise’ each week. She will give us the scoop on sourcing the best produce on the Peninsula, let us know what’s in season, provide clever cooking tips and share a healthy and nutritious recipe.
Every month Sally will also give away a newly published cookbook from some of the most popular celebrity Chefs.

Sally is a food consultant who conducts cooking classes, children’s cooking workshops and activities, recipe creation and testing, food styling and cooking demonstrations for events and media.
She has worked directly with many local and Victorian growers as well as various food orientated projects all over Australia. She has collaborated with Tupperware, LG & VZUG Appliances and helped compile The Kitchen Therapist cookbook. Sally currently shares her knowledge at regular cooking classes in the LG Kitchen for the South Melbourne Market.
Based on the Mornington Peninsula, this is Sally’s culinary playground and she will share her cooking secrets along with her tried and tested recipes on the Breakfast with Marzy every Tuesday at 7.45am.
