On Friday, 6 December 2013 at 11am, RPP FM presenter Jacki Mitchell is proud to introduce Manos and Maria Findikakis, Owners and Directors of Eview Real Estate Partners to her listening audience as her new sponsor of her RPP FM program Taking Care of Business.

Jacki formed the business relationship between Taking Care of Business and Eview Real Estate Partners as a platform to promote their business on the airways and build business connections.

Eview Real Estate Partners Directors and Licensed Estate Agents which include David Politakis & Arthur Proios will be regular guests on Jacki’s program talking about the real estate market, trends and other real estate matters.

Eview Real Estate Partners is clearly a dynamic and forward thinking player in the highly competitive real estate market offering a high level of premium customer service with their ‘Clients for Life’ policy and focuses on exciting career and franchise recruitment opportunities within the business.

Maria believes Eview Real Estate Partners is not only about bricks and mortar, its’ about providing a lifestyle for the people who work in the company and possess the same level and passion and pride. Equally as important is recruiting the right people who will bring new energy and fit into the culture of the business.

When I asked Manos why he moved from his Flaky Jakes Fish & Chips business to the real estate industry, he smiled and said, “I came kicking and screaming to the business that Maria knew would work.” He agrees she was right. Maria added, “We love it because we want to help people move and achieve their career goals, it’s a lifestyle choice, not a career choice.”

The business is cleverly marketed under the headings:
Selling your home for more – Preparing for Maximum Profit
Property Management – Your Home, Our Responsibility.’

Initially covering the domestic domain across the Mornington Peninsula & Casey Municipalities, the Eview group have sold properties in over 100 suburbs across Melbourne. With such a massive reach and unique business model, a Melbourne office is due to launch in early 2014 at 380 St Kilda Rd Boulevard Melbourne. Eview’s goal is not to sell the most amount of homes, but rather sell every home for more!

Our approach to property management is simple – ‘your property, our responsibility’. We take time to develop a strong rapport with your tenants to keep communication lines open at all times. It’s about having extremely experienced team member’s in the right roles and lots of them!

Prepare your home, attract more buyers, maximise your profit and we will provide tips on how to make your dream home, your buyers dream home.

Outstanding results are achieved by maximum exposure –  every agency has access to the same ingredients when it comes to marketing a property. It’s the range of ingredients and the way we put them all together that makes us different. “If it’s new, you will find it on Eview, open 24/7.”

We would love the opportunity to sell your home and maximise your profit. We will be with you every step of the way and see it as a privilege to help make your dreams come true.

Keeping you informed on the Real Estate Market.
Watch out for Eview Real Estate Partners’ quarterly printed publication called The Melbourne Preview Magazine which provides information on real estate trends, news and lifestyle articles.
