An uneventful match due to cold, wet and heavy conditions and bearing low scores, was given life with a playful and entertaining commentary by RPP FM commentators Toe Punt & Short Pass as they called the action at Crib Point for the RPP FM Match of the Day, courtesy of Jim’s Test & Tag.

Crib Point Maggies and Pearcedale Panthers slipped and slide through four quarters of mud and rain to reach an unimpressive score on the Pest Free Scoreboard with the Dales clipping the wings of the magpies 7. 16. 58 to 4. 10. 34.

With a heavy ball and too many tries for goal around the 50m mark, the Magpies nest fell apart.

Match statistics guru Jordy King told the Mighty Dales success story through vital data on his spreadsheet, courtesy of Pest Free.

The Panthers are now safe inside the top 5 on the Nepean League ladder ready to play in the final series.

Toe Punt & Short Pass are to be congratulated for their commitment to the game of footy, bringing all the action of the RPP FM Match of the Day, and thanks to Matt Rippon who stands by every week in the commentary box to ensure the live broadcast goes to air without a hitch. His dedication does not go unnoticed.

RPP FM Best on Ground, courtesy of Gourmet on Main & High on Fruit in Hastings was awarded to Mighty Dales player Chris Fortnam who received the golden trophy.
