Golden girl Lisa Curry took an hour out of her business schedule to talk with RPP FM’s cricket commentator Neil Williams and his panel at the MPCA grand final which was broadcast live to air on 98.7FM recently.

Lisa is currently touring regional and rural communities Australia wide with her One Life, One Chance Aussie Roadtrip and spent one week on the Mornington Peninsula holding motivational and educational seminars, advising locals the correct way to loose and maintain weight lose, eat healthy and conducting exercise workouts.

Lisa was troubled with the increasing obesity numbers among the Australian population and research indicated a lot of problems lie within the wider community not knowing how to exercise and diet after tried and failed attempts.

Lisa visited the RPP FM studios and spoke with Bob Phillips and Judy Bank’s on their program Sugar n’ Spice last week and John Zammit interviewed her on his program, Breakfast with Johnno about the issues.

Lisa said, “It’s not rocket science to learn how to exercise right and eat a healthy diet, it’s a matter of knowing a few simple steps and staying motivated.” The Aussie Roadtrip is the brainchild of Lisa when 2 years ago she needed to do something about her weight and wanted to motivate others to loose weight in a healthy way with no unsustainable fad diets.
